Ariana Shives
Ariana is a founder, ecosystem builder, and connector with a B.A. in Neuroscience and an M.S. in Social Entrepreneurship from USC. She serves as Executive Director of TechConnect West Virginia, founder and CEO of Alpenglow Labs., and Right to Start Ambassador, focused on advancing technology careers, entrepreneurship, and digital equity across West Virginia. She also mentors startups at Marshall University’s iCenter for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and serves as Board President of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Huntington.
