Adjunct faculty teach a variety of in person and online courses here at 扣扣传媒. Adjunct Faculty positions are open on a continuous basis in order to establish a pool of adjuncts to use as needs change. Deckhand Basic Instructor

  • Teach basic deckhand skills, teach shipboard safety, teach shipboard fire fighting, and instruct in general shipboard routines.

Engineering Design

  • Minimum, A.A.S. in Engineering Design, prefer Bachelor or Master degree
  • Instruct in the use of multiple Autodesk Programs: AutoCAD, Inventor, 3ds Max, Mudbox, & Recap Photo.听 Be able to reverse-engineer objects using measurements, scanners or photos and apply reverse engineering principles for use with 3D Printers. Teach students how to create or scan 3D files of objects, and manipulate those files to correct deficiencies, and apply various textures, colors, and patterns, using Inventor and 3ds Max. Able to create ultra \u2013realistic structures and walk-throughs.

Engineering Design -Lab Assistant

Exercise Physiology

听Salary: Master鈥檚 degree – $2,300 (4 credit hours @ $575/credit hour)

Qualifications: Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Exercise Science is required. Master鈥檚 Degree in Exercise Science is preferred.

Professional Development & Work-Based Learning Specialist

FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary:听 The Director of Professional Development & Workplace Training will lead, coordinate, and manage professional development initiatives for 扣扣传媒 staff while also designing and delivering customized training programs for external business and industry partners. The goals of the position are to continue expanding employee support, retention, effectiveness, leadership capacity, and development initiatives, while also benefiting the community through providing training opportunities needed by business and industry partners.

Finalists will be required to facilitate a brief training demonstration and participate in a simulated client needs assessment as part of the interview process.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Internal Professional Development Leadership:

  • Lead, coordinate, and manage professional development initiatives internally, including tracking participation and training feedback forms
  • Collaborate with the Director of CETL and other college staff who provide training opportunities
  • Create and manage badging for earned skills
  • Lead the Staff Caring Campus and Professional Development Committee, and assess staff training needs
  • Build internal mentorship, coaching, and leadership cohort programs
  • Budget, track, and monitor professional development activities timely and accurately
  • Utilizing a shared governance model, create and execute college-wide training plans
  • Support supervisors in developing training plans, as needed, in collaboration with the VP of HR and Advancement
  • Assist with employee retention events and initiatives on campus in collaboration with the VP of HR and Advancement
  • Other related duties as assigned

External Business & Industry Training:

  • Design and deliver customized fee-based training programs for external businesses using revenue generating strategies, ensuring return on investment (for instance, customer service training, skill development, budget management, professionalism, project management, etc)
  • Solicit local businesses and industries to identify training opportunities
  • Develop community relationships for the purpose of providing training and development initiatives
  • Identify local workforce gaps in which 扣扣传媒 can assist with through business partnership meetings
  • Explore certification-based offerings for workforce upskilling, badging, and micro-credentialing.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree in business, organizational development, human resources, education, training and development, leadership, or a related field

Marketing Coordinator for Workforce Programs

Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Communication and Outreach, field requests, develop, create, and maintain graphics, fliers, social media, advertisements, videos, and more that related to career and technical programs and assist with special projects as needed. This position will support the promotion of workforce initiatives through digital marketing, social media campaigns, recruitment materials, short- form videos, community outreach and workforce 鈥� focused events.

This position is temporary, grant funded, with its ending date on June 30, 2029.

听

This is an in-person position that requires regularly in person meetings, events, and attendance at 扣扣传媒鈥檚 physical locations. Expected to work 20 hours per week. 听Part-time.

Minimum Qualifications & Required Skills: Associate鈥檚 Degree in Graphic Design, or related field plus 1-2 years of experience creating graphics using Adobe. 听Experience in event management, website management, and marketing a plus. The successful candidate must have the ability to confidently and comfortably frequently meet with individuals of varying backgrounds to understand their marketing needs. Summary

The IT Director will be responsible for coordinating & leading all network, computer & system-related activities for Information Technology & the college.

Leadership & Supervision

  • Develop a strategy and vision as it relates to the organization’s IT infrastructure. This includes both a departmental and college roadmap that can be translated into actionable goals.
  • Lead planning and management of IT projects. Determine timeframes for system updates, upgrades, outages and ensure effective communication to campus.
  • Provide effective leadership to IT staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to guide the professional development of team members.

  • Develop and enforce security awareness programs, ensuring end-users are well-informed on best practices for maintaining a secure computing environment.
  • Collaborate with external security entities and vendors to stay abreast of emerging threats and industry best practices.

  • Manage security measures for Microsoft 365, including monitoring alerts for risky sign-ins and respond to incidents related to email security, such as phishing attempts and compromised accounts.

  • Implement and manage cloud-based backup and recovery solutions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with retention policies.

System Administration

  • Oversee system administration of all servers, including Active Directory, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.
  • Lead the planning, deployment, and optimization of server infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Conduct regular assessments of server health, capacity, and resource utilization, initiating upgrades or optimizations as needed.
  • Oversee the management of spam filtering systems, ensuring effective identification and prevention of unwanted emails.
  • Manage sender policy framework (SPF), DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM), and Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance (DMARC) records to enhance email authentication and prevent email spoofing.
  • Oversee backup and recovery solutions, ensuring data integrity.

Job Description: Student Ambassadors undertake a range of responsibilities to represent 扣扣传媒 CTC effectively, including but not limited to:

  • Stay updated on all college application and admission requirements, as well as academic and workforce programs.
  • Guide prospective students and their families through various communication channels such as phone, email, and campus visits.
  • Follow up with applicants regarding admissions-related tasks and activities.
  • Assist in organizing open house events and new student orientation sessions.
  • Conduct campus tours for prospective students and their families.
  • Help collect and report data related to admissions.
  • Ensure applicant files are complete and notify them of any missing documents.
  • Help with campus events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: To qualify for the Student Ambassador Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Enrollment in at least six credit hours
  • Good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
